I had purchased an LG AC from LG shoppe gurgaon on 18th april and made a online complaint on 20th apr for the poor installation of the AC than again laudged a complaint on 31st apr.engineer visited on 1 st may and did nothing except saying that i will convey to my service center for the complaint without filling any job card and when i contacted in customer care than i got socked as the executive told me i have denied to sign the report and since than i am making online complaints on their mail id [email protected]' but not able to get any response from LG for my complaint. My last service request no. is 2104100 which is still unresolved after a lot of followups via mail, customer care& their H.O. also.
Now i want to know how should i go further or what should i do to get it rectified.
