EMERGENCY
LG technician came. Did some part replacement. After five hours around 10pm there is heavy noise. bust and SMOKE., burnt smell.
I CALLED call centre immediately. NO USE. They say switch off the AC.
I am telling emergency, AC unit bust and smoke becaue of your wrong service
They are cool .. no action. Simply disconnect the call. Ihave to speak to Vinay, Pavan, Aditya,
to reach Devendran floor supervisor. They disconnect or transfer every time ask for info. Irritating customer.
They transfer call among theselves.
The call centre said My complaint dated 28 sep is closed. Then they take fresh complaint for the same problem. Today for this problem they say they will open new complaint.
This is totally not acceptable. How can u close without resolving problem. THIS Burning is due to wrong service did today.
Today smoke burning DUE TO WRONG SERVICE.
YOU ARE SIMPLY PLAYING WITH THE CUSTOMER..
