Not receipt of gift

I had purchased 32LD460 model LG lcd tv and get scratch card at thetime of purchase. in the scratch card i win LG mobile havingmodel no. g 102 but till date i didnot get gift from the LG, LG shoppe said that gift is not received from LG company, and customer care said that there is no detail with us form LG gift scheme
