Problems in hand set

Till i buy my lg mobile phone i am not satisfied by this phone. There r so much problems which i face like battery problem, offenly phone is hang up itself and there is one major issue that is phone is automatically dail up any number, these r the major issues which i face offenly in day today and i when i go to there care centre they did not responced well they all ways said come in two three day

please take some proper action against this issue
