Defective system and very poor service

I purchased a LG Microwave, 28 Lt. on 6/11.

but System is not working,

i complain to customer care, then one technician came, and after checking, he said that he was unable to correct it. and my senior will look after this.(during checkup he also destroy my utensil).

now i complain twice but no one come.

i really very much depressed with this product and service of LG company.
