Dear Concerned,

I have made several complaints for a manufacturing defect in a conventional Microwave of LG. One of its Eng. has visited my place and assured to do needfull to resolve the problem. Even after 15 days of that visit, I have not get a solution. I have made further complaints for the same, but has not get the solution yet.
