I purchased an LG microwave in May and it stopped working in october.after repairs for the first time and replacement of the MAGNETRON, it stopped working again within 2 days.since then i've had to contact the company's customer service line, the customer service manager Mr. Swapnil Salvi, Mr. Rao (a supervisor) and many other people just to get a technician to my doorstep.
finally on sending a technician, the parts sent with him were all wrong and not meant for my model number.
I was also promised a replacement since my appliance has stopped working twice within 6 months of purchase
I am extremely unhappy with the service level and have absolutely lost all confidence in LG as a consumer product company.
