Too much delay and very poor quality of service from the service station

My LG microwave has cavity sparking problem and it is in the warrenty period. I have logged the complain two months back and still the LG service centre is not able to fix my problem. I have logged the complain to LG sevice centre on 22 /12 and today is 3/3.
