I have LG microwave convection model which is not working for past 10 days. i have registered complaints for the same first 10 days back and again 4 days back with a promise that their executive will communicate with me in 24 hours. however to date there is no call. while registering the complaint second time they told my complaint was cancelled due to "no answer on my mobile number"! my phone has been working fine, and i don't remember of having missed a call which i didn't call back though. and even if that happened my land line number is also taken for the complaint and i can always be contacted again in next 24 hours on mobile. it is possible that some one is occupied and can not take a call once in a while but that doesn't mean you cancel the complaints without adequate try!! And surely that doesn't happen twice!
