I have purchased an LG Microwave Oven about three months back. Within three months of purchase it stopped functioning. I registered a complaint No. RNA120122076164 on 22-01. There was no response from the customer service till I called again twice. After 7-8 days one person came and inspected the machine and informed that change of part is required. After that there is no information. The BRANND NEW machine is not working for more than 15-16 days now
I am thoroughly unsatisfied with the product, after sales service and grievence redressal.
I don't thinlk LG is capable of meeting the quality standards and I would like to get money back by surrendering the machine
