Respectfully, I am to state that i have LG KG 195 handset mobile which is not working properly. I have been visited your service center several time at Laxmi Nagar near Shipra Hotel to repair the same. They have changed the PCB, three times IMEI no. has been corrupted, five or six time upgrade the software of mobile, two or three times changed the microphone and speakers, one they changed the charger and handsree, but although its not working properly. So, you are requested to change the same model hand set. I shall be very thankful to you.
