I have purchased a BRAND NEW LG mobile phone (LG OPTIMUS ONE P500)
EMEI NUMBER 354043047318680
BIL NO 8585 (BOOK NO 172)
on 8th april for Rs 10300/-
from HOT SPOT SEC 8 RK PURAM NEW DELHI...
.just after 5 days i start facing problem with my handset like
1). hardware problem i.e back panel of the handset was loose
2). The SIM card stop functioning in roaming
even after using another new SIM card, the problem remain unsolved.
3.set goes automatic on and automatic off.
4. set automatically hang up and restarts after removal and re-inserting the battary
5. service engr told that this set has a manufacturing defect in its processor.
service centre engr advised that the mother board will be changed but I may be given a new piece as I am being harrassed by LG.
AFTER REPEATEDLY (MORE THAN 6 TIME) VISITING SERVICE CENTRES, THE FAULT COULD NOT BE RECTIFIED.
no one take cares from LG... LG may be advised accordingly to save the consumer from further harrassement
