Not providing spares

I am using mobile handset of lg, model ku990 r viewty, for last 1 year i am having a problem with my mobile battery and tryied to buy at lg centers and in local markets too..but was not able to find it from both.i had complained to lg costomur care but there was no reply..now i am not able to use my handset, so please help me for this
