We have been taken the tata indicom walky one month back with telephone no: 040-64526345 after activation date we noticed that the battery dicharging within few minutes.since few days the battery not charging at all, incase of power cut we are not able to use the phone. As you know well as a business concern without phone operating business is very difficult.
we request you to take immediate step to comeout of this problem if not we may go for other network.
We hope as premier organisation you will sortout the problem as early as possible.
