Refrigerator purchased in Feb on 20-05 in the morning I launched a compalaint wide service request no C1052000118. They gave committement of 24 hour service but no body is keeen to rpovide service and I get pathetic response from LG consumer care.
Though I had a complaint with in 3 months of purchasing the unit I need free replacement of complete unit.
Till the time I am writing this complaint no body visited to set right the product.
I also registered complaint in this forum yesterday but no response from here also.
I dont think this will help me to resolve the issue.
Please suggest.
