We have purchased a LG refrigerator (Model No 365YMQG4) on 17th March from Kolkata (Bill no-2530/09-10, Channel Four Agencies, 12 D Chakraberia Road (North), Kolkata).
The compressor is under warranty for 5 years, but the part stopped working from the 13th of May and I have
contacted your customer care about this several times. Technical experts from your company visited my residence in Kolkata where the refrigerator is currently located. He claimed there was ‘gas leakage’ from Compressor. On the second visit on 14th May he said that the compressor needed replacement and contacted his Noida office about the problem in our presence. Our registered complaint is:

After repeated calls to Kolkata office (Mr. Prasad and Mr. Subir Pal) and the floor supervisor Mohammad Umar at the Noida helpline number, there is still no resolution to my problem. They keep claiming that the part is in transit and would be replaced soon, but to no resolve.
Thus, we would like the fridge to be replaced immediately to avoid further harassment. Unless this is done, we are left with no option but to approach the consumer court and seek compensation for the unacceptable service lag and defective product sold to us.
