Freeze is not working

My name is Amir ahmed s/0 Basheer ahmed live in tonk. I bought a LG Freeze model no-GL 185 ABN-ZEBN. Serial no-006NL-QFO55868

Since the buying date its not working properly. there is a too much moisturiser above the chill tray and the water is falling continiously in all food item in the freeze. i had compalint 3 times at the dealer and also LG Headoffice but they are not listen about it. we are so disturb about this problem. our all food items full of water daily

I will complain at consumer court soon if they dont care.
