LG s 500 v
Handset not working

Dear Sir

I had purchased LG s 500v mobile on 4 th aug. 2010. Incoming & outgoing voice is not clear. also ring tone volume is lowered down by 60 %. so i want new mobile or give my money back. hanset is under warrenty.
