Hi my Name is Akash and i am really pissed of with LG service. I have one LG semi automatic Washing machine whose safety cover was got broken while washing clothes. This machine is still under warranty and i am ready to pay for broken parts but still no body is entertaining me. I launched a complaint on 26th April "RNA110426035165 " and today on 4th may one technician comes to my house and try to replace the broken part with another broken part. when i said i want the new part, again he said that we don't have any other part available and if u don't want this broken part, it will take another 15, 20 days for replacement. he was trying to sell the broken part with 70 % discount. this is real shit from LG service... i bought this machine from Reliance digital outlet and they are also not supporting me. Please help me out as i am really suffering from this problem and i just want sue the LG Service team.
