Hi..

This is to inform that i purchased one color LG tv, and after some time its remote stopped working.

i complaint the customer care, they visit thrice, done everything and gave me one more remote for Rs 150.

But after 2 days, it stopped working.

Now i dont want to call the customer care as they dont have the service proper or proper serviceman who unable to identify the problem.

THIS IS BAD ON COMPANYS PART AS IN THIS TRADE IF YOU UNABLE TO GIVE PROPER AFTERSALE SERVICE, WHO WILL PURCHASE YOUR PRODUCT.THERE ARE OTHER COMPANY ALSO.

NOT ACCEPTABLE .BUT YOU SHOULD BE HAPPY NOW THAT I WILL NOT CALL CUSTOMER CARE AND DONT DISTURB YOU GUYS.
