Not installed properly

I have bought a LG Split Airconditioner on 06.05.2011 from Dhanbad. AC was installed by LG Team ACE with installation charge of Rs 799/-.As rainy season comes rain water comes into my house through the hole which drilled for pipe for outdoor fitting. The hole was not blocked by the staff. Causing wall damage.
