Last year I purchased LG Split Air condition of your dealer in Tiruchirapplli. After purchase, they fail to do free service and come to check the air condition. Once when I am went overseas time, my father book the complaints to the local dealer for the checkup when switch on air con, water coming inside of the window. That time product have warranty period, This problem in air con is due to not properly instal the tube line out let. For complete the service the collect from my father 700/- . I cann't understand when it is warranty period is there. Why the local of your dealer is collection money for the customer. This is not nice do the service in this manner. Now I have problem in air con that filter to be immediately. After several phone to the local dealer in Tirucharappalli ALV Trader. I hope this complaint lodging to you take necessary step of action to take the concern dealer and give feedback what necessary action take for it. I need why there is service charges collect from customer during period of warranty. Provke this matter immediately
