I purchased an LG 2 Ton Split airconditioner on May 1. I recieved a call from the engineer the next day to fix a time for installation. Later that same, day I got another call saying it was not possible to install the AC on the pre-decided day and time. The next day, the engineers came AFTER cancelling the time, due to which I was not at home. I fixed another time and day TWICE since then, but no engineer has shown up after guaranteeing that they will be there on the day and time, and has not called to inform either.

I have been calling the number of the service centre (91-999211721) to lodge a complaint against the engineers and also to fix another time, I have been told that they will not write down a complaint and will get back to me only after they get through to their engineer.

The lack of service is completely unexpected from LG. When the company outsources its services, it must ensure that the standards are maintained.

Please get back to me regarding this complaint. As of today (May 7) the AC is still not installed. My installation request ID is RNA 110506046575.
