Enlarged Picture with sudden shut down

I have registered compliant on 15th march complaint id: rna110315045560, engineer came but unable to solve the problem now he is making excuses that he is busy and not attending our problem, we daily call him twicw or thrice but he is making fool of ourself. Kindly Help.
