I have lodged a complaint on 27.06.2010 regarding the improper functioning of my Television Unit. The concern person who spoke to me said that the technician would give me a call in 2 hrs. and the matter would be solved in 24 hrs. but to no avail. Again on 28.06.2010 I again called for the same and the person gave me a number of Direct Service Center and asked me to contact for further assistance. I have been trying from so long on the number provided to me by LG Customer Care Executive but the number is not responding. It is making really upset of such a bad service of LG.
