My name is Wilson, and i purchased a top loading waashing machine on 03-01 from M/s Pai International Jayanagar.
From 4th onwards people are calling from LG and asking the confirmation of address and mobile number.
First day itself i clearly mentioned and requested them that i nedd the demo in the evening after 6pm coz iam a working professional.
LG people agreed that they are sending the engineer on the very next day.
But next day on wards they are into the same procedure (calling and verifying address and phone No.and promising that the person will come in the evening.
The same thing is happening till today and no one has turned to my residence.
