Recently, 1 week back I had got the FBT part in my LG Ultra slim Tv changed from one of the engineer from LG Service centre, Tilak Nagar, however, since then I m continously facing problem in Tv's internal display system.
I m fed of calling Lg customer service every time but they don't respond to my complaints in one go, i mean is this the kind of service you guys are offering to your customers, pathetic... why can't the engineer repair the TV in one go.
Have they been trained well in their field... Please look into this complaint urgently for your own sake.
