I have registered a complaint with LG service regarding my washing machine on 2 or 3 November. An engineer checked it and said the PCB Panel had to be changed. I was told it would be replaced post Diwali.
Phone calls were never answered. When nothing happened, I registered a second complaint - No 121110115737. There was no acknowledgment even then.
I followed up and the engineer finally showed up on 15 November only to tell me that the PCB Panel as well as the water intake motor had to be changed. He changed the PCB panel, and informed me that the motor would be replaced within 2 days. It is 8 days now, and there is no response.
Their cell nos as well as landline are never reached. Even sms did not work.
Am disgusted with such apathy.
