Defective Product & horrible customer service

I have purchased this product dated 17.07.2011 model no LSA5LW3AF6.AAN48DRM (II). The first time I installed the product I had issue with its display, which wasn't working, so it got changed. I used it for 2 months. The AC was put to rest because of winter from Nov - Feb. Last week of Feb, when I tried putting it on, only the fan was working, there was no cold. I lodged the following complaints:

We called up the service center several times. They said they would be sending someone to repair. We spoke to Mr. Sujoy Majumadar with cell no 9163354166, several times last week. He kept us waiting for the whole Saturday (24.03.12) and didn't even bother us to call back and say that the work wont be done. Even calling him at 5 .30 around in the evening, he said there would be someone attending shortly. But in vain.

His behavior and attitude is so wrong towards a customer. Now whenever we are calling him, he is asking us to book a call. My question is if the service is not yet completed how can the older complaint gets closed.

Secondly my concern is if an Ac which is a luxury item we have purchased from a known brand like LG, how is it the product is defective. After few months we wont be covered under warranty period. If the service of the company is like these, how do we expect, that the AC would work properly after this servicre. I have seriously thought on making a consumer forum complaint in regards to it. I would like an immediate action in this regard that the AC which I have purchased six months back, needs to be replaced. We also have contacted your toll free custiomer service and let us know our problem and asked someone to call us regarding the product.

I have booked another complaint yesterday 27.03.12 RNA 120322046302. We got a call in the eve that someone would turn up but today while enquiring we were re routed to some other service center today and they let us know that it would be done tomorrow. We are working professionals, we are skipping office just for an AC to get repair, since my spouse is pregnant and its too warm out here.

I really had a horrible experience with your company, I am seriously onto taking some action regards to this.
