AMC DONE ON 1ST MARCH BY LG PEOPLE FOR MY WINDOW AC MODEL NO LWAI8AIRAE1 AND SERIAL NO 501DXOOO818IN BUT WHEN I CALLED LAST WEEK THEY SAID THIS AMC IS NOT REGISTERED IN THEIR COMPUTER WHEN THE GUY VISITED US. HE FURTHER SAID THAT THE LG GUY WHO DID THE AMC SHOULD BE ASKED TO REFUND THE MONEY BUT I INSISTED WHY SHOULD I ASK FOR REFUND? DESPITE MY REPEATED QUERIES NO ONE IN LG COULD ANSWER. I AM PLANNING TO TAKE THE MATTER TO CONSUMER COURT AS WHY SHOULD I BE PENALISED FOR ANY MISTAKE ON LG PART (THE LG GUY SHOULD HAVE UPDATED THE COMPUTER RECORDS) I HAVE THE ORIGINAL LG AMC RECEIPT. IF ANYONE COULD HELP ME IN THIS I WOULD BE THANKFUL
