Non- delivery of Black Berry Mobile

Living Media India limited and its arm India Today Book club, by means of its online marketing approached me to buy a Blackberry Mobile and got their acoount credited online through my SBI Credit Card No 4317575059101700, a sum of Rs.3198/-on 06.02.2010 Rs.13998/-on 21.02.2010 & Rs.13998/-on 27.02.2010 totalling Rs.31194/-in all. I am neither able to get the delivery of the said mobile nor refund, despite my repeated telephonic requests and E-mails, despite lapse of almost 6 months. I am paying a high rate of interest and over limit charges to the card company due to thes payments. Iam getting frustration and being ridiculed by my family for taking such a silly step. I am depressed and feel cheated. I may add that I am an old man of 60 and living on my meagre pension. irequest your goodself to redress my genuine complaint.
