This is bring to your notice that I have had the worst experience
after using this MAXX mobile model number GC 735 dual sim. This phone
was gifted to me assuming that it would be of good quality and long
lasting, it has not been so after you read the following issues with
this phone. I would say this phone has broken all records to say at
the service center rather than being used.
Issue 1 – Slider worn out - After being sporadically used for 2
months. I was directed to your authorized service center Mobile Seva –
Jayanagar, Bangalore. Service center took the phone and told me that
they will check for the issue, I was unable to provide the bill as
this phone was gifted to me, however I did show them the box which has
the bar code and other accessories which came with this phone. They
created a case and told me wait for a day. Inspite of giving my
alternate contact number I was not contacted even after a day and when
I did go back they told that it a slider issue and they have replaced
it. But it didn’t end there…. I phone again gave me a problem after 15
days…
Issue 2 – Phone NOT charging – Again visited the service center – New
issue now.. they took the phone and told me they will look into the
matter, no call again inspite of giving a alternate call back number..
after I went back they told the charger pin has been fixed and will
not give you any more issued.By now this issue was already escalated
to your main office and Ms Sunita was already aware of these issue and
promised me on the phone that they have check the phone completely and
I will not have an issue again, I also requested that I don’t intend
to use this phone any more as it has given me a lot of issues, but
they convinced me take it back as I was told that I will NOT have any
more issues with this phone. But it did not stop there.. again after
15 days the phone would not charge.. I had to visit your service
center again…
Issue 3 – Battery weak – Needs replacement – Now they tell me that the
battery has gone weak and it would it to be replaced.. I was shocked
and angry how the battery die so fast if the phone is sporadically
used for 5 months, they told me it does not cover any warranty and
need to purchase it. It was disgusting to hear that they even did not
have stock of the same battery so that I can purchase and told me to
wait and also told me keep charging the phone after 3 hrs to make sure
that the battery does not become dead. This was the last thing I
wanted to hear ….. till date they have not got the stock of the
battery and have not called to on the same.. what a shame this is how
a after sales work of reputed company which make so many promised
before a customer buys a phone... It does not end here again..
Issue 4 – Phone dead – I visited the same service center again 12/04,
I was told now that there is a issue with the phone and they need to
again investigate.. when I now go to collect the phone they refuse to
give it to me until I pay them the service charge.. this was
horrifying … pay for something which you know will not stop working
after 15 days again…I refuse to pay any amount and I don’t intended to
use this model again in my life.. I need a replacement with another
mobile better model..
