I have purchased a Melbon mobile phone (Dual Sim) Model No. M-2, IEMI No. 352399030006555 on 08.02.09. On 23rd Dec. 09, the said Melbon Phone Sim No. 2 have not working properly and its shows that SIM is invalid. I have contacted the Melbon Service Centre No 9278218345 and Customer Care as well at Contact No. 41412150. They informed me that due to some our official IEMI problem these problems is occurred and your problem will be positively solved by 1.1.2010 but till date the problem is the same and all my potency is in vain.
So, it is requested that due to there unsatisfactory service I am undergoing lot of difficulties and problem. Hence, you are requested that a strict action may kindly be taken against them and sort my problem as soon as possible please.
