Sir, I am Mahesh Kandpal, I purchased a Micromax MMX 310G USB data card from INFO SELLER, 45/4, Sangam Plaza, 34 Lalbagh, Lucknow on 24/12 via bill no CM/4676/10-11 with IMEI 910532500795332. In the month of march it stopped working. On contacting the seller I was directed to contact the service centre located in Ahluwalia Building, Lalbagh. On Complaining to the service center on 16-3, I was told that the data card has a hardware problem and would be sent to the Company, which would take upto TEN days. I was also directed that after TEN days, I would have to confirm the solution to the problem on TELEPHONE NUMBER 05223190606. To make an enquiry I have been trying this TELEPHONE NUMBER 05223190606 for last 4 days at different times of the day, but each time I found it switched off. I can't understand how can I enquire whether the problem has been solved or how much more time would it take.
Sir, I want that any service provider, who provides service number for enquiry or complaints and switches it off, should be severly punished including forefeiting of his licence.
