I had bought one mobile Model No. X510 dated 26, April.
After one month (19th, May) Touch Pad is not working properly. I had contact retailer and his recommend go service centre for repairing.
When I was going on 20th, May to service centre, he told me mobile is not repairable.
After that, again I had contact retailer, he advice me drop mobile for 20 days and he will try to repairing at their end.
After 1-month, retailer person tell me, you come after 1 week.
After 1-week, retailer person tell me, you come after 4 days.
After 4-days, you again go service centre for repairing. I am upset.
When I was going on 2nd July to service centre he told me mobile is repairable and you can collect after 1 week.
After 2-week, there is no reply by service centre and when I was contact by phone he again told me contact after 45 days.
After visiting so many times to go the retailer as well as service centre, I did not have any satisfactory answer.
After 3 weeks, so many communications, to go the retailer, service center as well as customer support, I did not have any satisfactory answer.
I am suffering a Lot in view of the fact that I cannot wait for handset servicing.
I want to replacement handset immediately.
Companies always mention, "Valued customer". But, No value for customer by company.
