RESPECTED SIR, DATE-03/02

I HAVE PURCHASED A MICROMAX MOBILE Q5 MODEL (14/04) FROM KHARAGPUR K.K. MOBILE CENTER.RECENTLY I HAVE GOT TRANSFERED FROM KHARAGPUR TO ALIPURDUAR.RECENTLY I FOUND SOME PROBLEM IN MY MOBILE ON TRACBALL THAT IS NOT WORKING OR MOVEMENT PROPERLY.THATS WHY I AM FACING PROBLEM WHEN I AM SURFFING INTERNET OR OPERATING MOBILE.I TOOK MOBILE TO SERVICE CENTER OF ALIPURDUAR.AFTER TEN MINUITES THEY RETURNED MY MOBILE AND SAID TO ME IT IS OK.AFTER ONE MONTH THERE IS SAME PROBLEM & AGAIN I WENT TO SERVICE CENTER AND THEY SAID TO ME IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO GIVE ME WARRANTY SERVICE BECAUSE SIL IS OPENED.BUT I WAS TOTALLY CONFUSED THAT STILL NOW MY MOBILE IS DURING WARRANTY PERIOD AND I DID NOT OPENED IT ANY UNOTHORISED SERVICE CENTER.NOW I WANT TO KNOW HOW I WILL GET PROPER SERVICE.PLEASE SUGGEST ME.
