Dear Sir,

I would like to bring in notice that, on 03 February i bought a new Micromax Q5 mobile having IMGI No. 910040050854525 from Asha Collection bhopal, whose bill no. is 1156 Dated: 03-02. From the date of purchasing it creat lots of problem. When i show this all complaint on Asha Collection they suggest me to go on Micromax service center. Then next day I logged complain on Service center that my mobile creat lots of problem like hangging, its earphone is not working properly, software problem. Also I am requesting them to replace my mobile under 7 days replacement gurentee. But they resolve my problem, I follow up more than 10 times. Today they ask me for chargable service. What can I do in this case, kindly suggest me.
