(1) I have purchase Micromax Mobile X510 dated 27-12 (Tony Mobile) G-3 City Plaza Shah Market Agra uttar pradesh this mobile already under warranty due to as per company rules but my mobile touch automatically not working on 14-07 so i m going to the company service centre (Jainsons) 3 a Raghu Shopping Arcade M G Road Agra uttar pradesh.
(2) As per service centre timing i call service centre regarding my hadset but service centre executive telling my handset drop in the water. so your handset is not under warranty repairing. so i m shoked my handset is working properly only touch screen not work at the time of drop the handset by service centre. at the time of drop my handset by service centre executive not confirm any type of problem so request you to please intervence of this matter and provide the solution and find the details of regarding this matter.
