Defective micromax mobile complaint after 4 month till not solved and they not return good mobile

After 4 month till not returning me my micromax mobile in good condition.i given my new micromax mobile to santacuz east micromax gallari (tammana infoteque)) for repairing or replacing.5th month becoming but till not solved my problem.
