I purchased Micromax Q5 fb in my own name from a Mobile Store Uttam Nagar, and within a month i got my mobile's trackball was not working correctly. Its begin a real headache when I went to Micromax service centre in Suneja Tower II, Janak Puri District Centre, First time when I went to this centre they were busy in lunch, OK i wait there about 1 hour. There a lady receptionist came and told me that this time track boll is not available kindly check within 15 days she gave me 2 mobile number and one 1 landline number to contact. I think she is right but after 15 days I tried to confirm about track ball, but nobody tried to pick my phone after a many calls. I went there and met the lady she told me that sir still trackball is not available kindly contact us after 15 days. I got a wrong message in her talking tone, that company is only waiting for lapse of your warranty of your mobile. Is it correct??? Otherwise company is not able to provide spareparts to their authorised service centres??? Is it not a cheating case indirectly??? I am still waiting for a solution of my mobile.
