I have purchased micromax q7 handset on 1st june. i found network problem from first day. i have submitted the mobile in sai service centre, maninagar. on 24th june. I got back my mobile on 26th july and the problem was the same (not solved). After i have sent the mobile on 27th july for the same problem which has not been solved. I got my mobile back on 9th Aug but the another problem is created that the keypad is not working condition. the sai service center person did not reply they did not have any answer. they have told me to submit my mobile for keypad problem.
kindly look in to this matter because after purchased my mobile i have never use it properly in two months and i lost my two months warranty also.
