Dear Concern,
This is regarding my Mobile Phone Model No X550 Micromax. I bought this on 30th, Jan’11 and the h/s was working fine until 07th, Feb’11 wherein the H/s not accepting any charge due to some Malfunction within motherboard. What the Hell!! I fail to understand what services are being provided to the Mass Customers.
I checked with Customer Services (Complaint No # MMX0803113145) they directed me for Service Center so I went to one of your service center Karan Tele Links (Ansal Fortune Arcade) Sec-18, Noida on 25th, Feb’11 wherein Mr Ashwini said the Mobile can be collected not before 16th, Mar’11 however, until now I haven’t got my H/s thanks to your Esteemed Services.

Defect Found – Charging Problem Via Motherboard
I wonder where exactly are we heading by not keeping the Clients happy about the services and products manufactured by you. It has caused inconvenience to me as I’ve not been able to use the H/s till date.
I wish to have a Resolution to this Problem lest pay me my Money Back with Interest or provide me with the Replacement.
