SUB: COMPLAINT REGARDING UPS,
I had brought Microtek UPS Serial No : 91GWNB42467 on 30/10. I worked fine for first 8 months after that it needs more distilled water frequently. ie at a time it needs 3 bottles of water that too frequently. I frequently making complaint to the dealer M.K Motors, Near Petrol Pump, Opp Airport, Main Rd, Hinoo, Ranchi - 834002.
Dealer send me an Engineer from microtek before 2 months, he told that there is no problem in the ups. But Dealer is saying that it should take only one bottle of water for 6 months . but my UPS is consuming 3 bottles of distilled water at a time that to for 1 or 2 months.
I complaint one month before and daily i am making reminder to the dealer but till now no one visited and solved the problem.
