I purchased a microtek UPS on 8th May model no UPSSSEBz850 from park motors green park, new delhi, s.no.10GGWNB96823.this ups no working i contact to the dealer he suggest me to complain in customer care i contact on 17/5 at 9am, complain No, 14239.no body visit our home till date please see this matter.
