I bought my IFB Microwave in June and it got a defect in December..I have been using microwaves from the last 12 to 14 years and I have never experienced this kind of bad quality... I phoned IFB and the technician showed up after one month which is ridiculous... Also I don't understand as to How this IFB microwave got defected in 1 year 6 months... I requested them to fix it free of cost but nothing has been done so far... Extremely disappointed with IFB's customer service
