I HAVE PURCHASED ONE 2000 ML MILTON THERMOSTEEL CARAFE FROM ONE OF LOCAL SHOP THREE DAYS BACK . THE LID OF THE CARAFE GOT JUMPED WHILE TRYING TO OPEN AND BROKEN, SPRING CAME OUT. IT SEEMS THERE WAS SOME MANUFACTURING DEFECTS WHICH HAD CAUSED LID TO BRAKE .

IMMEDIATE REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT IS REQUESTED
