I HAVE PURCHASED A MILTON THERMOSTEEL CARAFE 2000 FEW DAYS BACK FROM A LOCAL SHOP .WHILE OPENING THE LID GOT JUMPED AND BROKEN AND THE FLASK BECOME TOTALLY USELESS. I DOUBT THERE WAS SOME DEFECTS IN IT OR QUALITY CONTROL CHECK WAS NOT PROPERLY DONE.. IMMEDIATE REPLACEMENT REQUESTED FROM THE COMPANY
