I, Manjeet kaur, have ordered total 6 pcs in
which 4 of the product ' Samsung satr11 duos-m6712' from which 3 is
pricing Rs.5582/-, nd one is of 6082/-(which i have orderd by mistake
nd same is cancelled online at same time), nd rest of 2 are NOKIA
-1280 through online purchasing from your site 'Sulekha.com' on
03-02. The payment made to your company from my side was through
the debit card of my own 'Manjeet kaur' holding an account in 'Punjab
National Bank, Outer quilla road branch' A/C no of which is
1953000100334869.I have received one Samsung M6712 (pricing 5582)
products as per my request nd rest are cancelled from ur side which i
have already confirmedf on phone
However due to some technical error still my
refund is pending from ur side, there has been Five transactions
accessed from my account whose refund are pending and the total amount
of 5 products, Rs.19108/- has been debited from my account for the
same on 03/02. I paid to your company Rs. 19108/- for the five
handsets I havn't received. Amount of Rs.19108/- is to be refunded to
me from your side. Kindly guide me for the further proceedings and the
line of action to be carried out for receiving the refund amount.
Attached with this mail are the details of the
bank statements confirming the five transactions carried on to your
account for the same. Requesting your quick reply for the same.
