The mobile handset (Samsung Corby CDMA SCH F339) was purchased on 26th of June bearing serial No.:A000001E8A1DE4 and most of the time during the past one month it was observed that the handset was having call connecting problem. It required frequent power OFF/ON to make calls. The handset was submitted for updating the software at Samsung Service center but of no use. Now I had submitted it for replacement. Please tell me is there any option to get the money back, so that I can get rid of these samsung product stable.
