Sir,

It is to inform that, I have purchased the LG-P500 (354043-04-5475201) Mobile Instrument from M/s. New Magic Mobile, Nagpur vide tax invoice no. 1596 dated 4.4.2011.

Before one month, I have facing the problem of heating of mobile instrument, then I complaint to LG Service Station, Ravinagar Nagpur. However the service station has replaced the 2GB memory card (within 2 days).

After four month, I have facing the problem for battery backup. The mobile set after charging without calling or one or two calls, battery automatically discharge problem. Afterthat, I complaint to LG Service Station-after 15 days back they have replaced the battery.

Presently, the battery backup of the mobile phone, without calling 8-10 hours (without internet connectivity). Kindly suggest me regarding battery back of the mobile as I have facing the problems of battery backup.
